Q：可以分享一下在项目实施过程中让您印象深刻的一些事情吗？
        A：“中央公园一号”项目的技术要求特别高，项目难度大，我们团队所付出的努力比PTW任何其他团队都要多。所面对的困难主要来自创新理念和新技术的广泛使用。
        这座建筑给出了一个全新的概念：建筑物并非静止不动，它可以有生命，也会成长。每次参观该项目，都给我留下了深刻印象。前几个月，悉尼天气时晴时雨，而我昨天参观工地时，茂盛的植物让大厦彻底改头换面，令我深感惊奇。这简直是一个神奇的垂直都市公园。
让PTW员工一直津津乐道的是在大厦上层安装巨大的悬臂桁架，用来支撑空中花园和日光反射装置，需使用澳大利亚最大的吊车，突破了常规的高层建筑结构——这件事情正在成为大家都在讨论的话题！

        Q：对于金杉树，您有些什么想法、期待或者建议吗？
        A：天气再暖和点就好了！前几天我刚从悉尼过来，海滩上到处都是人，很多人在那游泳！
        这个问题好难回答，说实话，我没什么建议，因为活动太成功了。明年我会让悉尼的PTW员工通过网络观看活动现场盛况，我确信这会给他们留下深刻的印象。对我而言，这是一个了解CCDI文化的绝佳机会，我相信以后更多的PTW管理者也会乐意参与其中。

        Q: Could you share some impressive moments during the “One Central Park” project?
        A: OCP project was technically extremely demanding, this is very hard project and our team work harder than any other team within PTW has ever worked. The difficulty was due to extensive use of innovative new systems and technologies
        This building is not static; it is alive and growing. I am impressed every time I visit the project because there is significant change. There has been much sun and rain over the last few months in Sydney and when I visited the site yesterday I was amazed by the change in the appearance due to significant plant growth. It is a wonderful vertical urban park.
        One of the moments that PTW staff always talk about was the installation of the huge cantilevered trusses on the upper levels of the building that support the sky garden and Heliostat. This required Australia’s largest crane and instantly transformed the building from a reasonably normal structure to something strange and unusual everyone was talking about it !

        Q: Do you have any suggestions or expectations for Golden Fir Tree ceremony?
        A: Warmer weather! I had come from Sydney a few days before where the beaches were crowded and many people were swimming!
        It is very difficult question, there was no suggestion I could come up with because the event was so successful. Next year I am going to make sure that the Sydney PTW staff use the web links to see the event, I am sure they would be impressed.
