Q：首先，恭喜“中央公园一号”项目在此次金杉树盛典中荣获两项殊荣，我们知道，该项目此前也多次获得过国际级、国家级大奖，那么在这么多荣誉之中，“金杉树”于您而言有什么特别的意义吗？
        A：很荣幸在这个重要场合代表PTW以及“中央公园一号”项目被采访。
        对于“中央公园一号”项目所取得的多项荣誉，我们深感自豪，其中“金杉树”对我们而言却意义非凡，因为这个奖让我们想到了与CCDI的密切合作；多年前，我们就和CCDI结缘，一同建造了世界上最伟大的建筑物之一；今天在“水立方”这座伟大的建筑物内举办颁奖活动，对我们而言也具有特殊意义。
        Q：在您看来，“中央公园一号”项目对整个公司（PTW）的影响和意义有哪些方面？
        A：“中央公园一号”项目对公司来说非常重要，因为它向开发行业阐释了优秀设计可以促成商业价值的升级，我确信，“中央公园一号”将对后续的新项目产生持续影响。我们已经向客户证明，我们可以设计出不同寻常、新颖独特的项目，为提升城市生活质量做出巨大贡献，同时获得巨大的经济利益。我希望，该项目可作为向客户展示设计价值的典范。希望它能够让我们的客户记住一点，那就是我们有能力通过既经济又可靠的方式，完成最复杂、最具挑战性的项目。
        Q：此次来到“水立方”这个让我们“缘分开始的地方”，您最深的感触是什么呢？
        A：CCDI奖项的规模让我印象深刻。当我得知是在“水立方”举办活动时，我在想，一个组织是如何利用如此重要的庞然大物的。显然我的担心有点多余，活动非常精彩，我感觉像是在好莱坞参加奥斯卡颁奖礼！像是参加一个全国性的活动，精心组织的戏剧和盛大表演，让这个空间完全变了样。很明显，CCDI的员工们都玩得很开心。

        Q: First of all, congratulation on the two great awards of “One Central Park”project from Golden Fir Tree ceremony. As we know that this project has already won several international awards as well as the national awards. Among all these awards, does Golden Fir Tree ceremony have a special meaning to you?
        A: It was an honour to represent PTW and the One Central Park project at such a significant CCDI occasion.
        We are very proud of the many awards achieved by the One Central Park project, however The Golden Fire Free Awards are particularly important because they remind us of strong relationship with CCDI, which started many years ago when we worked together on one of the world’s great buildings; The Water Cube and of course it was particularly special to us that the event was are occurred in this building.
        Q: From your point of view, what is the influence that “One Central Park” project might have on the whole company?
        A: OCP is important because it demonstrates to the development industry the commercial value of good design, I am sure that this will influence new projects, It has proved to our clients that you can develop an unusual and innovative projects which makes enormous contributions to the quality of the city and at the same time achieve a great financial success. I hope that this project can be used as an example to all of our clients of the value of Design. I also hope that it will remind our clients that we are capable of delivering the most complex and challenging projects in a reliable and cost effective manner.
        Q: During your visit to the Water Cube, where we started our contact, what impressed you the most?
        A: I was greatly impressed and overwhelmed by the scale and splendor of CCDI awards. When hearing this event hold in Water cube, I wondered how a single organization could occupied such a large and significant building. However my concerns were unjustified, the event was fantastic, I felt like I was at the Oscars in Hollywood! it felt like a national standard event, the hall was completely transformed by the well-organized theatre and pageantry.
